We're so excited to launch our brand-new store in Windsor, and we're looking for a Store customers find the PERFECT pair of socks, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and store sales goals
- Foster a positive, energetic work environment that supports team development
- Build customer loyalty through data capture, outreach, and follow-up
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Analyse sales and P&L budgets, creating strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor and control store expenses with discipline
- Liaise with the wider team to manage replenishment and stock accuracy /
- Oversee stock management, including inventory counts and organisation
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Create and manage staff schedules and training plans
- Drive the growth and success of the store business
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead and support a small team
- Broad retail knowledge, including visual merchandising, clienteling, store operations, and team development
- Strong track record in hiring, training, and developing talent
- Computer proficiency (POS systems and basic office software)
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and project coordination abilities
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing business demands
Physical Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and varied shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10kg
- Comfortable unpacking, moving, and organising stock in the stockroom
