Image Coach Works Ltd specialises in the restoration and preservation of heritage buses, coaches, and classic vehicles. We are known for delivering museum-standard finishes, authentic liveries, and traditional paintwork that honours original craftsmanship.

We are now seeking a talented Paint Sprayer (Part-Time) to work exclusively on heritage vehicles, supporting our growing portfolio of restoration projects.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role within our paintshop focused on high-quality heritage finishes. Duties include:

• Preparation, sanding, filling, masking and priming
• Spraying high-quality top coats (heritage and period-correct)
• Occasional brushwork, touching-in and fine detail paintwork
• Working with heritage colours, lining, and traditional finishes
• Supporting full vehicle restorations alongside our workshop team
• Additional overtime when required for project deadlines

Heritage work values craftsmanship and precision — quality is prioritised above speed.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in automotive or commercial paint spraying
• Strong preparation and refinishing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• An interest in classic/heritage vehicles (experience helpful but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
• Reliability, professionalism and a good attitude
