Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head Chef to produce menus in accordance with the brands policy and vision.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a high-class product across a very busy festive period

Qualities & skills:

  • Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures.
  • High level of creativity and reliability.
  • Familiarity with menu costing procedures.
  • Used to working in a busy environment

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: £12.51 per hour
