Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator – Brentford, London (Zone 4| £30,000 – £35,000 | Hybrid Working: Office Based. 1 day WFH (post-probation)

Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator
, supporting smooth operations across the UK and EU. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or sales operations experience to take ownership of key processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipping, invoicing, and proof-of-delivery (POD) for UK & EU
  • Handle returns (RMA), warranty registration, and demo stock tracking
  • Monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and update forecasts
  • Liaise with sales teams and customers on ETAs, delays, and fulfilment updates
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and support data accuracy across systems (e.g. SAGE)
  • Prepare regular reports for management and shareholders

About You

  • 2–3 years' experience in logistics, operations, or sales support
  • Confident using ERP / CRM systems (SAGE, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines
