As a result of our ongoing growth, we are now recruiting for specialist Coatings Applicators to join our Engineered Solutions Team in Livingston on a full time permanent basis. The Coatings Applicator will be responsible for designing, applying, and maintaining specialized coatings, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards. They will collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and document all aspects of coating applications while upholding safety and quality requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe delivery of coatings applications.
- Plan tasks from initiation through scheduled completion.
- Record and maintain work quality documentation.
- Maintain high standards of delivery and product knowledge.
- Work flexibly across varied projects, including confined spaces.
- Assist with job planning and workflow coordination.
- Support other delivery streams as needed.
- Create Risk Assessments, Safety Documentation, and Method Statements.
- Work toward NACE accreditation.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a coating or spray painting role, you will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of team.
