Are you an experienced, passionate, and trend-driven stylist ready to join a busy, friendly salon?

We're looking for a fully qualified hairdresser to become part of our vibrant team in Kirkby in Ashfield.

Duties

  • Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and colouring services tailored to client preferences.
  • Perform barbering techniques for male clients, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
  • Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as required.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or barbering are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of current trends in hairstyling, treatments is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £2,197.00 per month
