WANTED Lettings Negotiator This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to thrive in a busy, customer-focused sales environment.

Our client, a reputable independent Sales and Lettings agency with offices across Berkshire, is looking for a driven professional to join their growing team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling lettings enquiries and property viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating tenancy agreements
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Managing property listings and marketing 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency (essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude
• Professional presentation and self-motivation
• Full UK Driving Licence (own car preferred)
• Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
• Committed, hardworking, and target-driven
