We are a media company and investment fund, and we're on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio.

YOUR MISSION
To create high-impact, audience-driven short-form content that fuels our Founder's growth across our social platforms. You'll be working across a high profile Founder's personal brand that will be turning content into storytelling pieces of short form content while maximising it for engagement, reach and retention.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A passion for social storytelling, human psychology, social media trends, data performance and attention-grabbing content.
• Experience editing viral social clips with a proven track record of driving engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment where agility, urgency and precision are essential.

DAY TO DAY

• Film and edit compelling short-form content ensuring clips are engaging and algorithm-optimised.
• Work with the Founder Storytelling Team to identify the moments that we want to post out in the world.
• Enhance content with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics to improve accessibility and engagement.
• Adapt editing style based on performance insights, constantly iterating for maximum impact.
• Ensure all content maintains the highest production quality and adheres to the brand's distinctive style.
• Stay ahead of trends in short-form content, experimenting with new formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate closely across all stakeholders in the team to execute a seamless content strategy.

• Short-form storytelling mastery: Shoot and edit clips that captivate audiences within seconds, driving virality and retention.
• Performance-driven editing: Ensure every edit aligns with data insights, optimising for watch time, shareability, and algorithm performance.
• Speed & efficiency: Maintain a fast turnaround for clips, working seamlessly with the production and editorial teams to release content at the optimal time.
• Platform-native content: Edit with a deep understanding of what works best on each platform
• Creative innovation: Push the boundaries of editing styles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to elevate our Founder's social media presence.
• Travelling with the Founder and shooting world class social content.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Elite editing and filming skills: Expert in Premiere Pro (or equivalent) with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and emotion.
• Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret analytics to refine editing choices and improve content performance.
• Speed & efficiency: Comfortable working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Platform fluency: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimise content for each.
• Creative instinct: Ability to craft edits that feel fresh, exciting, and aligned with our shows distinctive brand identities.

LOCATION
Shoreditch, London
: We are an in-person-first culture, fostering a vibrant work environment centred around connection and community.
The role involves regular global travel, so flexibility in this aspect is essential.

Screening Process -

Phone Call with the Talent Team
- You will share a call with our talent team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and any next steps.

1st Interview
- This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.

2nd Stage Interview - Task
- Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work and what your capable of.

Final Stage Interview
- The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
