Assets & Compliance Managed Services (ACMS) are a leading asset compliance and audit provider, consulting and delivering services on Asbestos, fire, legionella risk and asset management.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Asbestos Coordinator to provide support to the organisation through the proactive maintenance of client service delivery.
The Asbestos Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination associated with the delivery of work programmes, from cradle to grave, ensuring agreed timescales, processes and quality standards are met.
Monitoring KPI's for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that any non-conformances are escalated to the correct parties.
To effectively manage the diaries of a geographical team of operatives. The role also involves the timely preparation of management information and ensuring that the needs of both external and internal customers are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Preparation of basic RAMS
Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Delivery of client reports on time and in line with the customer KPI's.
Technical review of project documentation
Maintenance of all relevant client dashboards and CAFM
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment of objectives.
Prompt invoicing of work via daily "close down" compliance.
To deal with all incoming enquiries efficiently
Continuously monitor and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
Recommend new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a quality, cost-effective service is provided.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role within the asbestos or compliance service industry
BOHS P402 and / or P405 is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with CRM and CAFM software is desirable
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanour and commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
Standard office hours (Monday–Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
