Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with a passion for education and a desire to make a real difference in young people's lives?

Equal Education Partners is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant for a placement in one of our valued partner schools in Llanelli. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across a range of age groups, in a supportive Welsh-medium setting.

The school has a strong reputation for nurturing both pupils and staff, and we're looking for individuals who are committed, adaptable, and ready to contribute positively to the classroom environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
  • Promoting a safe, welcoming, and respectful learning space
  • Monitoring and supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Upholding safeguarding standards and contributing to pupil safety
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in Welsh - essential for working in Welsh-medium schools
  • A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with pupils and staff
  • Experience in education or working with children
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
  • Right to work and reside in the UK
