Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Prize Coordinator to join our team in Dalkeith, just outside Edinburgh. This role is central to managing the full winner experience — from initial contact to prize handover — ensuring every winner enjoys a smooth, memorable and well-supported journey. You'll be part of a vibrant, friendly team that thrives on creating moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all winners across our prize draws.
• Liaise directly with winners to confirm details, arrange collection dates, and guide them through each step of the process.
• Organise prize handovers at our unit, ensuring winners feel welcomed, supported and excited.
• Coordinate and oversee media content creation during winner visits (photos, videos, social content).
• Host winners onsite, maintaining a professional, friendly atmosphere.
• Manage all necessary administrative tasks related to prize fulfilment.
• Ensure high-quality aftercare, following up with winners post-collection to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
• Collaborate closely with the wider Giveaway Guys team to ensure seamless prize fulfilment and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to winners and prize allocations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, coordination, hospitality, events, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident handling in-person interactions as well as phone and written communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A friendly, enthusiastic personality and a passion for delivering great experiences.
• Experience in content creation or working with media teams is a bonus but not required.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
