Duties:

The supervisor's role entails overseeing & directly engaging in all aspects of front of house operations ensuring the smooth running of the day to day service.

Other duties include bar work; table waiting/clearing; opening/closing tasks; cashing-up; assisting with stock control, cellar management & staff supervision; liaising with the kitchen; processing B&B enquires/bookings & receiving B&B guests; supervising buffets & other functions; etc.

Previous experience and knowledge of hospitality management operations with a busy food profile essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
