Role Summary
We are seeking a versatile professional to join the
Investor Relations team
. This position combines
fundraising and investor engagement
with
middle-office responsibilities
, offering exposure across private equity and real estate strategies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting capital raising efforts, engaging with institutional investors, and contributing to new product development. Additionally, the role involves hands-on operational work to ensure smooth execution and compliance throughout fundraising and investor servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising:
Lead capital raising initiatives across private equity and/or real estate strategies, including preparing marketing materials, investor presentations, and due diligence responses. - Investor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders. - Operational Support:
Manage middle-office processes related to fund closings, investor onboarding, and compliance requirements. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with investment teams to understand product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively. - Market Intelligence:
Track investor trends and competitor activity to inform fundraising strategy and product development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years' experience in private markets fundraising (private equity, real estate)
- Proven track record in fundraising and investor relations
- Established relationships with institutional investors are preferred
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
