About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Maidenhead Norden Road, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 80 children and offers a small, homely environment complemented by a wonderful outdoor area in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our nursery benefits from good transport links and local amenities, making it accessible for families. We maintain strong community connections with local primary schools, Heartbeeps sensory and music groups, a local football coach, and a library bus service. Conveniently located on a bus route and near the train station, we also provide free parking for staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
