Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SIA Trainer to join our team in London. As a Trainer at Hurak Learning, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and informative training sessions to adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:


•Conduct engaging and interactive security training sessions for adult learners.


•Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to training, encompassing tasks like maintaining attendance records, pre-course verifications such as application forms, distance learning progress, and ID submissions.


•Oversee both the classroom and office environments, ensuring the proper maintenance and security of equipment. Arrange seating, establish efficient processes, and provide necessary resources for students. Additionally, ensure that the office is well-equipped to meet the needs of both students and staff. Please ensure that the office is maintained in a clean condition for classes


•Create and deliver training materials and video presentations that are informative and up to date for social purposes.


•Ensure all training activities comply with SIA regulations and accreditation standards.


•Assess and evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback and support as needed.


•Ensure that all training sessions comply with regulatory and quality standards.

What you will need:

  • Valid SIA license, Level 3 conflict management and Level 3 physical intervention & PI Licence
  • Applicants must have achieved as a minimum the Level 3 Award in Education & Training (QCF) or:
  • Hold an industry specific qualification such as PTLLS, CTLLS or DTLSS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
  • Experience delivering scenario-based conflict management training and holding the relevant qualification to do so.
  • Experience delivering Physical Intervention Training (Level 3 qualified with a valid provider).
  • Proven track record of delivering training to an adult workforce
  • Proven track record of delivering security specific training courses
  • First Aid at Work Qualification (or suitable)

2 Year minimum sector competence in security guarding, door supervision and first aid.

•8-9 hour shifts


•Monday to Friday


•Weekend availability

Job Types:
