What does this role entail?
As the Regional Deployment Strategy Lead for EMEA, you will own the success of all client implementations across one of our most critical and dynamic markets. This is a key leadership role where you will be accountable for the region's delivery performance, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

Reporting to the Global Head of Deployment Strategy, you will lead a high-performing team of program delivery managers, ensuring they execute projects with predictability, quality, and a relentless focus on client outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced delivery leader to take full P&L ownership of a regional portfolio, build a center of excellence, and play a crucial role at a pivotal moment in Fenergo's growth, serving Tier 1 financial institutions around the world and directly influencing our clients' ability to achieve rapid value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of program delivery managers, holding them accountable for project outcomes while coaching them to become the next generation of delivery leaders.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the entire EMEA client portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and achieve high levels of client satisfaction with the implementation experience.
  • Manage the regional delivery P&L, including margin, team utilization, and resource forecasting, to ensure a commercially healthy and efficient operation.
  • Drive the consistent adoption of Fenergo's global delivery methodology and governance standards within the region, ensuring a predictable and high-quality client experience.
  • Drive a predictable regional business rhythm, leading data-driven portfolio reviews and governance forums to ensure transparency and proactive risk management.
  • Establish and enforce robust governance around the scoping, estimation, and approval of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring all new projects are set up for success from the outset.
  • Act as a senior point of engagement and escalation for key clients in the region, providing executive assurance and supporting your team in navigating complex project challenges.
  • Partner closely with regional leaders in Client Success and Sales to ensure seamless collaboration on client strategy, project scoping, and risk management.
  • Contribute to the global delivery leadership team, sharing best practices and insights from the region to help shape and improve our worldwide delivery capabilities, service offerings and partnership model.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of program and portfolio leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, financial services, or regulated industries, with a proven track record of successful delivery at scale.
  • Proven background as a project and program delivery leader, with direct hands-on experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Demonstrated ability as a "leader of leaders," with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing delivery talent.
  • Deep expertise in modern delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Hybrid), with a consistent track record of delivering programs on time, on budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrable experience engaging and influencing at the executive level within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with direct experience managing a portfolio P&L and of resource forecasting, statement of work development, contract development, and key professional services metrics such as margin and utilization.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges of delivering technology to banks and financial institutions within the Americas market

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, or other financial crime compliance technology platforms.
  • Formal project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Experience leading a delivery function through major transformation, including scaling or transitioning from on-premises to SaaS.
