Proclinical is seeking a Data Analyst to provide operational and financial support, focusing on the management of capital appropriation requests and asset processes. This role involves tracking expenditures, facilitating payment processes, overseeing asset creation, and resolving invoice disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track capital appropriation requests to ensure timely approvals and accurate records.
- Monitor actual expenditures against projections to support effective budget control.
- Pursue outstanding payments and ensure timely financial settlements.
- Oversee the creation of new assets for financial reporting and operational tracking.
- Facilitate the capitalization of assets in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Resolve invoice disputes by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, transactions, and correspondence.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve processes and address issues efficiently.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in finance, accounting, asset management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP-accounting systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
