Domestic Energy Assessor / Stock Condition Surveyor – Potential earning £60k+.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join our team as a Energy Assessor / Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent basis. Enviro AC has secured guaranteed work throughout the UK on a continuous basis for the next 3-5 years so the role offers job security for the right candidate.

The candidate must be a currently active energy assessor and have knowledge of stock condition surveys and a understanding of property construction. Having environmental health experience and working with local authorities, housing association, housing stock is preferred. This role is based in Hull but will involve periods working throughout the UK often for four days a week away. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to this.

Our in-house team will book your appointments, you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of contracts.

Requirements:

You will be responsible for providing expertise in retrofit, home energy efficiency, maintenance issues whilst establishing environmental health issues, including damp and mould. The role will include undertaking a stock condition report and energy performance certificate at the property.

Training:

You will be given advice and further training as required to become fully competent in,

  • Completing stock condition surveys.
  • Understanding RdSAP methodology.
  • Understanding PAS2035 and the Trustmark scheme.
  • Being able to deliver Energy Performance Certificates.

Having a qualification in domestic energy assessment and retrofit assessment is mandatory.

Your working hours will be 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday (additional hours may be required for travel and work completion.) You will be expected to complete all work to the project timeframes and all work must be submitted following guidelines and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, hold a driving licence, basic IT skills are beneficial, a laptop, Ipad and galaxy device will be provided. You must have a 'Can-Do' attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience. We are a small team that works together to help and benefit each other.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
