Business Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to deliver consistent sales performance. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products/services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients to expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driving licence (desired but not essential)
