Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care and Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. Leading the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates. Your expertise in lead generation, relationship management, and various applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be essential in attracting top talent to our organisation. Managing the coordination of caregivers and supporting the care management team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Managing the coordination of caregivers in the day-to-day operations
  • Supporting the care management team with auxiliary support.
  • Utilise various platforms for lead generation and candidate outreach, including social media management.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HRIS protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a care coordinator
  • Experience in a recruiting or human resources role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with candidates and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
