Role Description
As a Protection Advisor, you will identify and guide clients on their protection requirements, offering tailored insurance solutions such as life, critical illness, and income protection. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Regular responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, analyzing policies, and staying informed on market developments to provide the best advice. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ilford, allowing some flexibility for remote work alongside office collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial advising, protection insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster client trust and retention.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial needs and recommending suitable protection solutions.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Understanding of compliance regulations and a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a portfolio of clients efficiently.
