Do you have a Sports Therapy or Sports Science qualification and at least two years' experience? If so, you might be the perfect fit to become our DISC IDD TECHNICIAN.

A DISC IDD Technician plays a key role in helping patients recover from spinal-related issues using advanced decompression technology. In this role, you'll be trained to operate our DISC IDD machine—a system that uses Decompressive Intelligent Spinal Correction (DISC) and Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) to gently stretch and decompress targeted areas of the spine. The technology delivers precise, computer-guided cycles of decompression and relaxation, supporting patients dealing with conditions like disc herniations, sciatica, and chronic low back pain.

As a technician, you'll be the calming, confident presence who guides patients through their therapy journey. Your days will involve a mix of hands-on interaction, careful observation, and professional documentation. You'll help people feel at ease, track how they're progressing, and ensure each session is delivered safely and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessment: Understanding a patient's starting point, noting symptoms, and preparing them for therapy.
• Monitoring progress: Keeping an eye on changes, improvements, or challenges throughout their treatment plan.
• Delivery of DISC IDD Therapy: Setting up the machine, positioning patients correctly, and running the decompression cycles with precision.
• Patient management: Building rapport, explaining what to expect, offering reassurance, and creating a positive, supportive experience.
• Documentation: Recording session details, progress notes, and any relevant observations to ensure continuity of care.
• Team communication: Keeping chiropractors, therapists, and colleagues informed, sharing observations, and contributing to smooth, coordinated patient care.

Hours: Monday, Thursday & Saturday — 8am to 6pm (with a 1.5-hour lunch)

Pay: Basic salary + performance bonus
