We're seeking a Business Operations Manager with strong business acumen and proven operational leadership, regardless of industry background, to help us scale our growing company.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, streamlining internal processes, and coordinating across departments to support fast-paced growth. If you've successfully managed teams, optimized workflows, and driven strategic initiatives—even outside the tech space—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient workflows

· Partner with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve performance

· Lead cross-functional projects and help align priorities across departments

· Design and track KPIs to monitor team performance and business outcomes

· Identify process gaps and introduce improvements or automation where relevant

· Manage client relationships, budgeting, and internal communications

· Support company scaling efforts through strong systems and team enablement

· Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients in both English and Chinese

Skills and Requirements:

· 3+ years experience in business operations, general management, or company leadership

· Strong organisational and decision-making skills

· Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

· A strategic thinker who can also execute on the ground

· Open to learning new tools and technologies

· Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
