We partner with Operations, Accounting, People, and GTM teams to keep the business aligned and moving forward. We're analytical and detail-oriented, but we also care deeply about communication, collaboration, and driving meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Improve and maintain rolling ARR forecasts and scenario models.
  • Support annual planning, aligning GTM pipeline assumptions, quota capacity, and hiring plans with company goals.

Revenue & GTM Analytics

  • Work with GTM leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A peers to enhance bookings and ARR forecasting.
  • Track essential SaaS metrics (NRR/GRR, sales capacity, AE productivity, CAC Payback, LTV:CAC) and share insights with senior leadership.
  • Contribute to commission plan modeling and quota design.

Performance Management

  • Build and refine monthly and quarterly KPI packs, management updates, and board materials.
  • Partner with GTM teams to manage budgets, analyze variances, and support action plans.

Business Partnering & Leadership

  • Support the CRO, COO, and their teams on strategy, planning, and performance topics.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve data flow between CRM, billing, ERP, and our data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Reporting & Alignment

  • Help establish a unified reporting framework across teams, ensuring everyone is working from a single source of truth.
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
  • Expert financial modeling and scenario-planning skills; strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS metrics and capacity-based sales motions.
  • Clear, confident communication, you know how to simplify complexity for any audience.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and support board-level discussions.
