We are currently recruiting for an experienced Architect with strong Revit expertise to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality residential projects. If you have a passion for residential design and are highly proficient in Revit, this is an excellent opportunity for you to advance your career.
Role Overview: As an Architect in this role, your expertise in Revit will be crucial to the success of residential projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate closely with other professionals, producing detailed design documentation, solving complex design challenges, and ensuring that the projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design development of residential projects.
- Use Revit to produce detailed design drawings and technical documentation for all stages of the project.
- Ensure that designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage project deadlines and ensure the efficient execution of tasks.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
- Essential: Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Essential: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a residential and commercial architecture role.
- Solid understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
- Excellent design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
