Job requirements

Experience and qualifications

·       Knowledge of the Company, the Brand and the store

·       Experience in managing a similar retail operation within a fast-paced environment

·       Team management experience, maximising profitability and drive sales

·       Basic knowledge and understanding of UK employment law

·       Systematic organised approach to work

Skills and Attitude

·       Ability to lead by example, motivate and develop the team.

·       Forward planning skills and strategic thinking

·       Multitasking

·       Strong time management and organisational skills -Delegation

·       Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships, managing conflict and influencing others.
