What you will do
In this role, the person will be reporting to the IT Director - ERP Transformation, working on various projects across the enterprise. He or she will be responsible for the quality and timeline of the integration work in projects.
How you will do it
- Lead Oracle Finance functional workstreams, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design Oracle solutions to meet functional needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Oversee system configurations, testing, data validation, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Lead workshops, drive solution design, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR, IT) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior functional consultants.
- Manage issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system upgrades/patches.
Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Finance modules during transformation programs, implementations, and support.
Reviewing and approving all deliverable work products prior to delivery to customers
- Influences senior business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.
- Collaborates with ePMO Program Managers.
- Collaborates with Global Infrastructure Architects
- Support solution operations leader to improve reliability and efficiency.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (CPA/CIMA/CA a plus).
- Preferred 15+ years of Oracle Finance functional experience, including at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Preferred experience Oracle ERP Implementation in Installation and Service Industry
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementations and upgrades.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to technical as well as business audience
- Experience leading workshops, UAT sessions, and training end-users.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 year of experience leading projects in an onsite/offshore model
- Experience working with customers to gather requirements and defining the solutions for small and large projects

Preferred skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Financials).
- Knowledge of integration points with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Projects modules.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
