The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious Roman style pizzas and popular pasta dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that food safety standards are met. Ideal Candidate:

  • Head Chef with expertise in Italian cuisine. Especially with experience of making Roman styled pizza.

  • Ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Develop a diverse menu featuring the signature items and rotating seasonal specials.

  • Ensure quality control through regular tastings and feedback loops.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food

  • Responsible for day-to-day running and ordering for the kitchen.
