Facilities Manager – Multiple Sites

About The Role:

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a
Facilities Manager
to oversee operations across multiple government sites in Ontario. In this role, you will lead facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor and contractor management, safety compliance, and financial performance while ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning across assigned sites.
  • Lead on-site teams and contractors; ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee contractual and financial performance.
  • Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency response activities using CMMS systems.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, technical, or facilities management.
  • 5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to travel up to
    40%
    and respond to after-hours escalations.
  • Eligibility for security clearance.
