Interim Business Analyst – Talent / Oracle

Day Rate:
£550–£600 (Inside IR35)

Location:
Hybrid (London with remote flexibility)

Duration:
6 months (initially)

Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to join their HR Transformation Programme. This role will play a key part in supporting the design and delivery of strategic workforce and talent initiatives, including work across Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activity across HR and talent transformation projects, from requirements gathering through to process design, testing, and implementation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and ensure alignment with the wider HR strategy.
  • Conduct detailed
    gap analysis
    and
    process mapping
    to identify improvement opportunities and optimise HR systems and processes.
  • Support solution design and testing for Oracle HCM or related HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organisational priorities.

Experience Required:

  • Proven track record as a
    Business Analyst
    within HR, Talent, or Strategic Workforce Planning environments.
  • Strong understanding of
    HR technology
    , ideally with hands-on experience in
    Oracle HCM
    or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive clarity in complex matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within
    financial services
    or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous.
