Floor Server

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic floor team member to join our busy cocktail bar in the heart of Norwich. As part of the team you will be given full training, and will be responsible for delivering a high quality experience to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.

This role involves taking orders, serving our unique style of bar service, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience, We're looking someone fun, high energy, and who values the important of being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar floor area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Going above and beyond for the customer experience.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous restaurant or waiter experience preferred, with knowledge of serving techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Thieve in team environment.

Hours: Part time hours available (6-18)
