As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $140.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $845.3 in non-discretionary assets as of June 30, 2025.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Associate - RFP supports our Client Solutions Team through the completion of RFPs and other questionnaires for new and existing clients and investors.

In this role you will work closely with professionals in various departments across the firm to deliver high-quality work product and meet all deadlines while ensuring compliance requirements are met and data points are accurate. The expectation is an ability to independently handle a high volume of the most complex and high-profile questionnaires, ensuring a high degree of efficiency managing the process with a goal of minimizing the time required from stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Handle coordination, project management, and completion of RFPs/RFI/DDQ questionnaires from prospective and existing clients and investors

  • Leverage previously developed standard language and available quantitative data to populate majority of all questionnaires

  • Work with key stakeholders to: create new responses to questions we haven't gotten previously and customize existing responses for applicability to the nuances of a given mandate and question

  • Complete certain ad-hoc sales-support requests and team projects

  • Hit 100% of agreed client deadlines, including internal reviews (typically 48 hours in advance of client due date)

  • Mentor newer/less experienced members of the RFP team

Your background will include:

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years' experience in an asset management RFP role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional and clear email communication

  • Detail oriented and organized and able to handle multiple complex assignments; strong proficiency in project management

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong proficiency in constructing succinct and accurate questionnaire responses

  • A comprehensive understanding of investment concepts

  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Private markets experience

  • SalesEdge Qvidian, or similar RFP document management software, experience
