Are you an experienced Architectural Technician looking to take the next step in your career?
We're working with a well-established organisation with a strong UK development pipeline that is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its expanding Development Design team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping early-stage design, feasibility, and planning work for a range of purpose-built projects across the country.
The Role
As Senior Architectural Technician, you will support the delivery of concept designs, feasibility studies, and planning submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation throughout all stages of design. You'll collaborate closely with planners, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders, bringing strong technical capability and clear communication to each project.
This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and enjoys resolving complex design challenges. You will also provide informal guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience within design or the wider built environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and associated design tools
