We're seeking an experienced and motivated Resident Doctor (Generalist) with a background in Breast and General Surgery to join our outstanding Surgical Resident Doctor team at The Princess Grace Hospital, part of the UK's leading private healthcare group, HCA Healthcare UK. As well as the latest robotic surgery techniques, we offer fully personalised specialist care across a range of disciplines, including orthopaedics, breast care, gynaecology, urology and sports medicine.

This post specifically is seeking a Resident Doctor interested in undertaking Academic Research in Breast Cancer Surgery on an honorary basis with Professor Daniel Leff at Imperial College London.

As part of our team of Resident Doctors at Princess Grace Hospital
this position is to cover our general surgical wards,
acting on Consultant-Led decisions in partnership with highly specialist Nurses. Day-to-day this could include pre-op or post-op treatments, clinical assessments, ward rounds or clerking admissions, reviewing discharges, assessing referrals and providing immediate medical care such as attending emergency cardiac arrest calls or other instances where patients need your support.

This could be to help steer the services you deliver, speaking up or patient satisfaction focus groups, clinical governance or MDT meetings. Giving you an opportunity to network with your peers, share best practice and expand your knowledge in an unrivalled setting.
