Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in home care and care home settings. The ideal candidate will assist with the care and treatment of each individual as per care plan supporting the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality personal care to clients in accordance with their care plans

- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility

- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the healthcare team

- Support clients with medication administration as directed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided

Utilise IT systems effectively to record information and communicate with the healthcare team

Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting is desirable
