Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including both Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall approaches, as well as proficiency in various project management software tools. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet for tracking progress.
  • Manage ERP systems integration and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and timelines using tools like Visio or Project Server.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective team management and leadership.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Supervising experience in leading cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) as well as traditional Waterfall approaches.
  • Proficient in using Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other relevant tools for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and drive decision-making processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Experience in product management or product development is an advantage.
