Part-Time Booking Assistant (CITB Test Centre) – 2 Positions

Location: Unit 1A, Crystal Trading Estate, Old Racecourse Road, Maghull, Liverpool, L31 8AW

Hours: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00–17:00 (fixed days each week)

Contract: Part-time, ongoing

Pay: National Minimum Wage (age-appropriate), paid hourly

Start: ASAP

About the role

Join our friendly CITB Test Centre Booking Team and help candidates secure their Health, Safety & Environment test appointments. It's a great entry-level role for anyone keen to build confidence in a professional office environment (yes, the "corporate world of business"… we promise it's friendlier than it sounds).

What you'll do

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound follow-ups to arrange test bookings
  • Enter and update booking details accurately in our system
  • Provide clear information on available dates, times, and requirements
  • Handle basic email/chat queries and maintain excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the team to hit daily booking targets

What we're looking for

  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, web forms, copy/paste)
  • Confident phone manner and a helpful, patient approach
  • Good attention to detail and reliability (turn up, on time, every time)
  • Willingness to learn — full training provided
