Working Hour: Permanent – Full Time
Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep-in
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's Workforce
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 2 years' residential childcare experience
Employment Type: Permanent
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent.
You have only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience.

We are seeking a caring, resilient and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them build confidence, life skills and emotional resilience.
You must:
Be 22+ (Ofsted requirement)
Hold your NVQ Level 3 CYPW
Have 2+ years' experience in residential childcare
Hold a valid manual driving licence
You will:
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
Safeguard and support them at all times
Provide structure, routine and emotional support
Lead shifts, supervise staff, manage rotas and ensure placements are followed
Be a positive role model and support young people into adulthood
A large and expanding organisation with multiple children's homes
Strong leadership structure with progression opportunities
