We are working with a well-established fashion business who are seeking a Production Coordinator / Merchandiser to join their team working with womenswear & menswear multiproduct driving the entire production process ensuring designs are produced, manufactured, designed, and delivered in an efficient, high-quality manner.

Based in the London studio 5 days week, you will be working across multiple high street & higher end brands. You will have excellent Excel / admin skills and experience with PLM systems, as well as strong fabric knowledge, and must have passion and drive to support the wider teams. They are looking for a friendly, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining critical path, monitoring, and managing key production and seasonal dates
  • Oversee order management, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations
  • Chasing production, development, and fit samples
  • Manage fabric, trim, and lab-dip submissions, ensuring decisions are made within agreed timelines
  • Anticipate and flag potential issues, collaborating with the Head of Production to resolve challenges quickly
  • Work closely with Garment Techs, Designers and Production teams, providing full support on critical path updates

Person specification:

  • Previous experience within fashion production / merchandising role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail with proficiency in Excel and experience with PLM systems
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise efficiently and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
