Now, we're looking for a passionate, driven Deputy Operations Manager (Nights) to help us take things to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing
As one of our Deputy Operations Managers, you'll be the heartbeat of our overnight operations — leading a talented team of gamers and referees to deliver seamless, high-energy esports tournaments. You'll:
- Champion performance and engagement across your team in a 24/7 environment.
- Drive the delivery of our competitive gaming strategy with precision and flair.
- Ensure compliance with Gambling Commission regulations and health & safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and data to fuel continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and maximise ROI on CAPEX spend.
- Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and development.
- Foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and celebration.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders.

You're a natural leader with a passion for esports and a knack for operations. You bring:
- Experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments (betting, retail, hospitality preferred).
- A proven track record of improving team engagement and performance.
- A hands-on, solution-focused mindset with a "plan, do, review" approach.
