About Kitchenality

At Kitchenality, we design and deliver bespoke kitchens that combine craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional service. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an organised and proactive Installation Coordinator to help manage the smooth running of our installation projects.

The Role

You'll be the key link between our design team, fitters, and clients. Ensuring every installation runs efficiently and on schedule.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Coordinating installation schedules and managing the fitting calendar
  • Communicating with clients and installers to ensure smooth progress
  • Handling remedial deliveries, callbacks, and on-site queries
  • Maintaining accurate weekly updates and project notes
  • Ensuring installation standards and customer satisfaction are upheld
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and the Kitchenality design team

  • Highly organised, confident, and able to manage multiple projects
  • An excellent communicator with a positive, professional attitude
  • Experienced in installation coordination, project administration, or site scheduling
  • Proficient in using digital tools and scheduling software
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys seeing a job through to completion

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits / remedial deliveries)
  • Previous experience in a similar coordination role
