Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8AA

Schedule: Full-time preferred/ Minimum 3 days

Pay: £12.25‎

Since 2019, we have been the go-to destination for UK K-Beauty enthusiasts online and offline, with 8K+ 5-star Trustpilot reviewsAs a Retail Sales Assistant at our stores, you will be at the forefront of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will involve providing product knowledge, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the overall operations of our retail space.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering product recommendations and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our latest beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup trends to communicate features and benefits to customers effectively.
  • Checkout: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling card payments and maintaining a secure and organised register.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the retail space is visually appealing by arranging and organising products according to brand standards, updating displays, and highlighting promotions.
  • Receiving and Sorting: Assist your team with safely taking delivery of restocks and supplies.

  • Love to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a good understanding of customer deliverables and deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
