Sales Manager – Premium Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Group
Location: Worcester (Hybrid / Field-based within 50 miles)

About the Business
Our client is a well-established, family-run laundry and dry-cleaning group with multiple sites across the Midlands and South Wales. Known for their quality, reliability, and personal approach, they're entering a new phase of growth and are now looking for a Sales Manager to expand their commercial client base.
The Opportunity
You'll lead the development of new B2B relationships within the hospitality sector — particularly independent hotels and venues. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who understands how to sell high-quality laundry services based on service, trust, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a regional B2B sales strategy.
- Identify and win new clients across a 50-mile radius of Worcester.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with operations to maintain service excellence.
About You
- Proven sales experience within laundry, dry-cleaning, or hospitality services.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory.
- Full UK driving licence required.
