At Lots for Tots Childcare, we're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our beautiful new nursery in Hilton.
Whether you're newly qualified or looking to return to early years, this is your opportunity to work in a setting that values your contribution, supports your development and helps you thrive in your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the care and education of children aged 0–5
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Assisting with activities and routines, including mealtimes, nappies and sleep
- Working alongside senior staff to support planning and learning experiences
- Building positive, professional relationships with families
- Helping track progress and contribute to observations using the EYFS framework
- Being an active and reliable part of a supportive team
We'd Love to Hear From You if You:
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Are caring, patient and passionate about supporting children's development
- Work well as part of a team and enjoy learning new skills
- Understand basic safeguarding principles and the importance of routine
- Are reliable, committed and ready to grow with a new nursery
