Home Care Package with clinical duties

Overview
We are recruiting home care assistants for a home care package with clinical duties in the Waterside. This is care for a young adult who enjoys getting out and about. Day rotas available (to include alternate weekends) and an overnight rota from :00. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to a client in his own home.
Full training for this role will be provided by NWCare in their in-house training academy, but the successful applicant will need to have at least six months previous paid caring experience.
Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

Essential
- A minimum of six months paid caring experience
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
Desirable
QCF level 3 in H & SC
Previous paid caring experience
