General Teaching Assistant – Enfield – November 2025


A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Enfield is seeking a General Teaching Assistant to join their team this November. The school, rated Good by Ofsted, has a strong reputation for its nurturing ethos, structured learning environment, and commitment to helping every pupil succeed. The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university and bring a proactive, compassionate, and resilient attitude. Previous child-centred experience is valued, and strong communication skills are essential. Salary and Contract Info

  • £444+ per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Full-time, long-term (November–July)
  • Term-time only
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts
