Role Description

This is a full-time, part time or b2b role for a 3D Visualizer. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural renderings, animations, floor plans, and other visual assets. Daily tasks include developing 3D designs, creating lighting and shading effects, and collaborating with the creative team to translate concepts into visually compelling content for clients. The role requires engaging with design professionals, ensuring that projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Visualization, Graphics, and Graphic Design
  • Skills in Lighting and Rendering to achieve photorealistic effects
  • Proficiency in Drawing and Design techniques for 2D and 3D layouts
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for architectural visualization
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Corona Render or Unreal Engine.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in property marketing or architectural visualization is a strong advantage
