We are looking to hire an Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead the team, support the GM, be the point of customer contact, manage the business operations and deliver hospitality excellence at The Drumming Snipe, Woking.

  • Salary available £36,000 to £38,000 per year, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days. Salary range dependent on capability & experience.
  • This vacancy requires a pro active manager to work across all aspects of food & beverage service, colleague management and colleague training.
  • The team consists of 10 staff and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.
  • The management team provide full support to the restaurant & bar structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.

  • We serve great British cuisine, in a pub environment with premium service standards and hold traditional hospitality as a core value to our standards.
  • We are looking for a manager with experience of running a busy establishment who is driven to add value to the company and also develop themselves.
  • We need a leader with passion across all elements of the business including service standards, food and beverage knowledge who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.
