We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM, capable of owning and delivering end-to-end technical solutions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating functional warehouse requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions while supporting S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in requirement handover sessions with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs and specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP EWM-specific custom developments end-to-end.
  • Perform EWM Monitor enhancements, RF framework customizations, and warehouse process extensions.
  • Develop and enhance PPF actions, Adobe Forms, and label printing solutions.
  • Build and support interfaces using Web Services, IDocs, and APIs with proper error handling via AIF.
  • Work on ABAP on HANA developments, including performance-optimized coding practices.
  • Create and consume CDS Views for EWM reporting, analytics, and integration scenarios.
  • Support S/4HANA transformation and migration projects, ensuring EWM custom objects are compliant and optimized.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams, basis, and integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet performance, scalability, and SAP best-practice standards.

  • SAP EWM Monitor Enhancements
  • RF Framework Custom Developments
  • PPF Action Handling
  • Adobe Forms Development
  • Label Printing (SmartForms / Adobe / third-party integration)
  • Interfaces using Web Services, IDocs, RFCs
  • AIF error handling and monitoring
  • ABAP on HANA (code push-down, performance optimization)
  • CDS View creation and usage

Functional & Domain Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience in EWM Inbound Processes (ASN, GR, Putaway)
  • Strong hands-on experience in EWM Outbound Processes (Picking, Packing, Loading, PGI)
  • Expertise in Internal Warehouse Processes (Stock transfers, Replenishment, Physical Inventory)
  • Extensive experience in EWM-specific enhancements and custom developments
  • Hands-on exposure to S/4HANA Embedded EWM transformations

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and own technical deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and review technical designs/code
