Building Site Labourer
We're scaling our onsite operations and are looking for a Building Site Labourer who can bring energy, reliability, and a proactive mindset to our project environments. This role is a cornerstone of daily site performance, supporting trades, maintaining site standards, and driving operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support trades teams with day-to-day tasks and material handling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Assist with basic construction duties across the site
- Offload deliveries and organise materials for seamless workflow
- Carry out instructions from the Site Foreman and supervisors
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction site operations (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
